When you have a problem with your Computer the first thing to make sure you have is the information safe and backed up. We will do this before any repairs are carried out. With Computers and Laptop's all of your emails and personal documents, Picture's and other information are our main concern. If the repair can not be done as there is a major problem then we will have backed up all the information you have requested and saved to two different formats. 1) Hard copy to Media DVD disk or CDR. 2) Our own private Secure Data Backup drive where the information will remain securely for as long as required.
