Annual Property Management Contracts. We provide secure keyholding at three different levels.
(1) Basic Keyholding services, this will include a check once per month just to make sure your home is all ok. this will include any emergency work arranged on your behalf €120.00
(2) Basic Plus includes the benfits above but also including extra services. This will insure your home is ready for a holiday and will include a quick cleanup and fresh linen and that basic food items and water are purchased and ready. €200.00
(3) Basic Plus Extra. All of the above are included and designed around home owners that wish to rent there property. We can arrange for Airport transfers and Car Rentals. We will arrange to meet holiday maker's from the Airport and bring them safely to there holiday and will also include the return trip to the airport. We will provide local information and advise and be a point of contact 24/7 and we speak Spanish and have a personal translator if required. €320.00
It would be advisable if the property is to be let out for holidays that option (3) be taken as this is the most comprehensive package and would cover
- A written contract for peace of mind so you know exactly what we'll do for you.
- Holding two sets of your keys safely and securely.
- Provide a weekly inspection of your property.
- Running through taps, flushing toilets, checking utilities and airing your property.
- Emptying your post box and forwarding important mail to you in the UK.
- Weekly email/phone call confirming all is well.
- 24 hour emergency call out.
- Small routine repairs undertaken.
- Obtaining quotes for maintenance or home improvements.
- Attendance at the property and supervision of maintenance work.
- Appliances all turned on and operational before arrival of guests, outside tables and chairs put out and arranged.
